What makes us different

At Connection Capital we recognise that for many private investors the time, effort and expertise required to build a broad portfolio of direct private equity investments can often be prohibitive.

For this reason, we provide a fully managed service whereby our clients can invest directly in private companies as part of an organised syndicate. We find the investment opportunities, negotiate the terms, manage the due diligence process and prepare all the legal documentation on behalf of our investors. The decision to invest, or not, in a particular company is entirely down to each individual client. We also actively manage the portfolio and exit process and investors receive regular progress reports on every company in which they hold a stake.

Connection Capital only invests in established, profitable companies raising growth capital, replacement capital or undergoing a management buy-out. We structure investments to generate returns for our clients through both capital gain and income.
