Sue Heard

Sue Heard is responsible for management, delivery and development of Connection Capital’s administration service to its clients, investee companies and third party administrators.

Sue, whose former employers include Equitable Life and Charles Schwab Europe, has considerable experience of the administrative and technical matters in respect of collective investments made by large, diverse syndicates of private investors.

From 2004 until 2008, Sue held the post of Client Services Manager at Hotbed Limited, the UK’s leading private investor network. She regularly co-ordinated syndicates of 50 – 150 investment vehicles in transactions involving a range of legal structures including UK and Guernsey corporate vehicles, UK and offshore unit trusts and English Limited Partnerships. She was also responsible for ensuring compliance with UK and Channel Islands Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Services Authority / Guernsey Financial Services Commission regulations.
