Non-bank loans return us to a golden age

Non-bank finance in the UK has declined from the eighties onwards but since the financial collapse in 2008 has made its dramatic comeback. Connection Capital is a private equity house which in effect mobilises funds held by some 700 individual wealthy clients and channels it into small businesses which need it in order to grow. Connection is another example of how the financial community is making serious efforts to fill the gap caused by the incapacity of the main capital providers.
