DN Capital Global Venture Capital III (DN GVC III) is a venture and growth capital fund managed by DN Capital, one of the leading European early stage and growth capital investors in software, mobile applications, digital media and e-commerce companies. The DN team has been actively involved in creating some major global successes such as Shazam Entertainment (a world leading mobile app with over 450 million users), Endeca Technologies (sold to Oracle for $1.1bn) and OLX (sold to Naspers for $151m).

DN held its final close of the Fund at €144m, exceeding the initial target of €100m by €44m.
Through their commitment to DN GVC III, Connection Capital clients have gained access to an exciting market that is experiencing rapid growth backed by strong fundamentals.
It is unusual for individual investors to be able to access a venture fund run by a well established top quartile fund manager such as DN Capital.
Clients of Connection Capital benefitted from investing in a fund which is already partially invested across 26 businesses some of which have already had substantial uplifts in valuation.
