Gyrus Capital is a European investment firm dedicated to transformational investments in the healthcare and sustainability sectors. To date, 100% of Gyrus’ investments have been sourced off-market and accessed at attractive discounts, testament to the team’s strong sourcing capabilities to consistently identify and acquire businesses that fall into the team’s ‘sweet spot’.

The Fund Strategy

Fund II will be a continuation of the strategy demonstrated in Fund I, namely, to generate exceptional and consistent returns from transformational investments into businesses operating in the healthcare and sustainability sectors, focusing on complex transactions such as corporate carve-outs and entrepreneur successions in the €50 to €500 million range.

With the close of Fund II, total funds raised since inception (November 2018) exceeds €750 million.
