In May 2013 our clients invested in Palatine Private Equity’s second fund, PPE II.
Palatine operates in the historically strong performing UK private equity middle market, typically investing £5m -£15m per transaction. Founded in 2005, Palatine invests in businesses based in regions in the UK with enterprise values of up to £50m. Although PPE II’s investors are typically financial institutions, Connection Capital clients were able to invest in the usual multiples of £25,000 via their own Scottish Limited Partnership vehicle.
