Raising capital?
In July 2018 we sold a purpose built health and fitness club in Derby generating a 1.3x return for investors.
Clients had invested £4.1m, as part of a £7.2m acquisition, back in February 2015. The building was originally let to Virgin Active Holdings Limited until 2028 and occupied a prime position in central Derby. This was Virgin Active’s third best performing club out of more than 100 in the UK and had benefitted from significant capex. During the period of investment Nuffield Health purchased Virgin Active's gym portfolio and took over the tenancy.
