Meet the team

I joined Connection Capital in July 2021 as Finance Manager.  I am primarily responsible for developing management information capabilities to enable Connection Capital to review and monitor the performance of underlying investments.  I love the diverse nature of the role given the different investment types that we deal with and the opportunity to work with many different areas of the business to build and develop meaningful reporting tools to help manage & grow the business.

Prior to joining Connection Capital, I held a number of senior finance roles in blue-chip and SME companies.  I have always enjoyed getting to the bottom of those key factors that really drive business performance and building reporting to help the business better understand the impact of those drivers and enable management to make better quality decisions.

I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and Computer Science graduate. Outside of work, I enjoy baking and pottering about in the garden.
