I joined Connection Capital in June 2026 with experience across private equity value creation, customer-led transformation and operational improvement. My work has focused on helping businesses better understand their customers, improve how they operate and unlock growth and efficiency through practical, technology-enabled change.
Before joining Connection Capital, I was a Manager in PwC’s Customer-Led Transformation team, where I helped clients put customers at the heart of their transformation agenda. I worked across customer strategy, experience redesign, customer-facing operations, operating model design and technology-enabled transformation, supporting organisations to build the capabilities required for responsible growth.
Prior to PwC, I worked at FYLD, a PE-backed technology business, where I supported product strategy, commercial growth and enterprise deployment of a digital platform designed to improve field service safety and productivity. Earlier in my career, I worked at Pollen Consulting Group (Acquired by Argon & Co in 2022), where I delivered operational improvement, turnaround and supply chain transformation projects for private equity and corporate clients.
I hold a BA from McGill University. Outside work, I enjoy endurance sports and adventure challenges, including Ironman events, ultra-running and mountaineering.
