I joined Connection Capital in 2026 as Chief Executive Officer and Partner to lead the firm’s day-to-day management and drive our next phase of growth. I am committed to championing the needs of professional private investors, focusing on unlocking hard-to-access alternative investments—including private debt, private equity, and specialist funds.
With over two decades of experience across banking, venture building, and asset management, I bring a deep understanding of the capital markets. My career began at Rothschild & Co, followed by ten years at Barclays, where I predominantly focused on funding high-growth technology businesses. I then joined Blenheim Chalcot, the UK’s leading venture builder, to drive the re-engineering of the portfolio’s capital structure to support significant expansion in the mid-to-late 2010s. Most recently, I spent seven years as CEO of BCI Capital, where I launched and managed a high-performing credit fund that delivered consistent returns throughout my tenure.
I hold an MBA from Chicago Booth and a BA from the University of Nottingham. Outside of the office, I am an enthusiastic sportsman with a background in competitive football and cycling. On my bike, I have raised over £350,000 for UK children’s hospices and I enjoy spending my downtime skiing, golfing, or playing padel—provided I’m not ferrying my two kids to their various activities.
