I joined Connection Capital in 2026 as Chief Executive Officer and Partner to lead the firm’s day-to-day management and drive its next phase of growth. I'm committed to championing the needs of professional private investors, focusing on unlocking hard-to-access alternative investments—including private debt, private equity, and specialist funds—that provide a competitive edge over traditional institutional models.
With over two decades of experience across banking, venture building and asset management, I have a deep understanding of the capital markets. I previously served as CEO of BCI Capital, where I launched and managed a high performing credit fund that delivered consistently over my seven years at the helm. I also served as Managing Director at Blenheim Chalcot, one of the UK’s leading venture builders, where I successfully re-engineered their capital structure to support significant expansion in the mid-to-late 2010s.
My career began at Rothschild & Co, followed by ten years at Barclays, where I focused on funding high growth technology businesses.
I hold an MBA from Chicago Booth and a BA from the University of Nottingham. Outside of the office, I'm an enthusiastic sportsman with a background in competitive football and cycling. On my bike, I've raised over £350,000 for UK children’s hospices and enjoy spending my downtime skiing, golfing, or playing padel.
